Returns and Exchange

At Ashberi, each piece is produced in limited quantities and carefully inspected before dispatch.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement, provided they have not been processed or shipped.
Ashberi reserves the right to cancel orders due to stock unavailability, payment issues, pricing errors, or quality concerns. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Refunds

We do not offer cash refunds once an order has been processed or dispatched.

Exchanges

Exchanges are only accepted for defective items.
Requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery, with clear photos and order details sent to +92 326 2266642 (WhatsApp)

Items must be unused, with original tags and packaging intact.

We do not offer returns or exchanges for:

• Change of mind

• Incorrect size selection

• Sale items
